Watercolor Exercises

May 16 & 17, 2009

9:30 a.m - 4:30 p.m. San Diego National Bank, Rancho Bernardo, California

Lawrence 5-09-1

For two artfully delicious days Anne shared her past experiences in watercolor with us. We were guided through twelve different watercolor techniques. The result was each of us completed a book practicing the techniques, but unique to our own talents.

Anne provided written directions for each project.  These were included in the book we bound. Now, it is up to us to enhance the pages with calligraphy.

Thank you, Anne, for sharing your enthusiasm, expertise, and materials. Thanks too to Yvonne for keeping us organized.

Annie had our tasks laid out well. We were each given a stack of 140 lb watercolor paper, interspersed with vellum describing each  technique we’d be exploring. The techniques were each named for the instructor who had first semonstrated them to Annie.
