Guest Lecturer, Barbara Close

Barbara Close is a popular teacher and good friend of SDFC. She told us in her lovely slide presentation, “If you want to make plans to do something--DO IT! And do it with as much gusto as you can handle! Tomorrow may not be waiting. Find objects, nature, colors that make you stop and look twice. Then think of the reason why you are attracted to them. Look for the positive instead of the negative elements in everything. Become aware of these things and you will start to pay attention to your own ‘creative sparks’.”
