ENROLLMENT POLICY: Each workshop is filled on a first-check received basis. When the workshop is filled, applicants are placed on a waiting list in the order in which their checks were received. You may be called as late as the evening before a workshop if a vacancy occurs.
NO TELEPHONE or E-MAIL RESERVATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. If for any reason you have not received your notification of acceptance in a workshop by two weeks prior to the workshop, please contact the workshop chairman or facilitator.
REFUNDS: No one registered in a workshop will receive a refund unless her/his seat is filled from the waiting list. If you must cancel, please allow sufficient time so that your place may be filled. If the waiting list has already been exhausted, you may have a friend take your place in the workshop. This policy protects those who have paid in order to be on the waiting list. All refunds will have a $10 processing fee deducted from the total refund per cancellation. If the workshop doesn’t fill, a refund will not be granted.
