Workshops Update
Our year of ten exciting and inspiring workshops will culminate with May's one-day workshop with Sylvia Kowal. Like most of the workshops, it has been filled for some time. Next year's schedule will easily be as stimulating. An awesome faculty awaits your attendance at the workshops. The unveiling of the new schedule will occur at the June Gala when the 2007-2008 workshop packets will be distributed and you will have the opportunity to renew your membership and register for workshops. A new display board will have exemplars for each workshop.
Your continued support of workshops by: signing up, bringing a snack to share, helping to arrange and re-arrange the room, tidying your own workspace and writing a report for the newsletter/website all contribute to our success.

Workshop coordinator

•Make your checks payable to SDFC.
•Name of workshop on each check.
•If you don’t have an e-mail account, each workshop registration will need a SASE.
It is in your interest to register early. The checks will be deposited to the SDFC account shortly after receipt. You may send separate checks for all workshops at one time if you wish.

ENROLLMENT POLICY: Each workshop is filled on a first-check received basis. When the workshop is filled, applicants are placed on a waiting list in the order in which their checks were received. You may be called as late as the evening before a workshop if a vacancy occurs.

NO TELEPHONE RESERVATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. If for any reason you have not received your notification of acceptance in a workshop by one week prior to the workshop, please contact the workshop chairman or facilitator.

REFUNDS: No one registered in a workshop will receive a refund unless her/his seat is actually filled from the waiting list. If you must cancel, please allow sufficient time so that your place may be filled. If the waiting list has already been exhausted, you jay have a friend take your place in the workshop. This policy protects those who have paid in order to be on the waiting list.
